PFEIFER Structures was contracted by Prim Construction for its detailing, design, fabrication, and installation. To complete the job, PFEIFER used a FACID tension frame and clip system and Serge Ferrari Preconstraint FT 381 mesh architectural membrane. The lightweight, durable architectural fabric facade will provide thermal protection from UV damage and screen the cars in the parking garage from the surrounding buildings, while still expressing the project’s contemporary character.
