FabriTec Structures LLC, Guard-All Building Solutions LLC and PFEIFER Seil- und Hebetechnik GmbH announced its partnership to become the first end-to-end resource for complex tensile steel supported cable membrane structures and light-weight building envelope solutions in the world. PFEIFER Seil- und Hebetechnik GmbH, along with its business unit, Cable Structures, is the world leader in the design, manufacturing and construction of architectural cable structure. Now they have acquired ownership of FabriTec Structures and its sister company, Guard-All Building Solutions, who provide wide span, frame-supported, fabric buildings.
