Fabric Landed Atop Mosaic Stadium

mosaic stadium regina saskatchewanInstallation of the new Mosaic Stadium’s tensile membrane roof is in full swing. FabriTec has landed its fabric panels on the East End of the roof and is beginning to deploy the first panel, provided the weather conditions remain acceptable.

Mosaic Stadium’s fixed fabric roof will cover approx. 130,800 sq. ft. of surface area. 70 pieces of fabric make up 19 very large fabric panels – the heaviest of which weighs close to 3,000 lbs.  Heat and pressure, along with the application of FEP tape seal the architectural fabric seams together to weather proof the membrane.

Final tensioning of the fabric roof will be completed on or around the middle of July 2016.
